Overview: Our inner child holds unresolved emotional wounds from childhood that may continue to affect our adult lives. Through this 6-session package, we will address childhood trauma, heal shadow aspects of the self, and reprogram limiting beliefs, ultimately fostering self-love and emotional balance. What’s Included: Session 1: Introduction to Inner Child Healing Begin by connecting with your inner child to understand the emotional wounds from your childhood. Start the healing process by addressing early traumas and unmet needs. Session 2: Shadow Work & Emotional Healing Dive deeper into shadow aspects of your personality and unresolved emotional conflicts. We will work on integrating and healing these aspects for greater emotional freedom. Session 3: Healing Childhood Trauma Identify and heal the root causes of childhood traumas, whether it be neglect, abandonment, or emotional pain. Release these deep-seated emotional wounds to create a healthier relationship with yourself. Session 4: Reparenting & Self-Love Learn techniques for reparenting your inner child, offering love, care, and compassion to yourself. Develop a sense of self-worth and love from within, rather than relying on external validation. Session 5: Reprogramming Limiting Beliefs Shift and release any limiting beliefs formed in childhood that are affecting your self-esteem and life choices. Replace them with empowering beliefs to foster confidence and personal growth. Session 6: Integration & Empowerment Strengthen the connection with your inner child and integrate the healing work from previous sessions.
